In what world should health care be provided by any institution? Shouldn't people be responsible for themselves, provide for themselves, and take responsibility for themselves? I'm tired of hearing of solutions that only include more government involvement in my life. Learn to provide for yourself and these things become non-issues. I have three children, a stay at home wife, one single income, work more than 60 hours a week, and get sick and tired of seeing wealth spread around because others decide not to work with the same conviction. Obama spoke of nothing last night but spending dollars in more and more programs. Question -- Where does that money come from? The US Government does not produce any products, goods, or services which generate income. All that they spend comes directly from us, the working men and women. People need to start providing for themselves rather than constantly looking at what they can and should be receiving from Government. All Americans need to be voting and screaming to diminish the size and role of our Government in our lives, and not looking for them to solve our problems, redistribute our wealth, or hand out services that are rightfully our responsibility to provide for us and our own!
He also plans to tax health care benefits. Also, an idividual, middle age or up, cannot get a policy for 5 grand

You said exactly what I was thinking!!!!!!!! And there are plenty of us right now that are unemployed, with health problem and no health coverage. That means no getting the treatments we need.
